We take great care to ensure your shipments arrive safely and intact, as quality packaging is key when it comes to preventing damage. Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. All orders will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays..
We do not deliver to Lockers or PO boxes. If you change delivery option with a courier after the dispatch you will take full responsibility for the package.
Free "next day delivery" service is available to UK mainland postcodes only. We will not be able to offer "free next day delivery" to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, but we will use alternative free delivery service.
EU international delivery: This item will be dispatched from our EU warehouse no additional fees, duties or taxes.
US international delivery: This item will be dispatched from UK warehouse, no additional fees, duties or taxes.
Rest of the World Delivery: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.
